Even when standing still. I try to capture images that can be enjoyed in the office, the living room, the garage. Any place where speed and beauty meet.

Pitcher Plant

Taken in Ladew Gardens in Harford County, Maryland, this dragonfly just finished a meal of another insect a few moments prior. Perched on a pitcher plant, itself a predator, the blue-eyed dragonfly departed shortly after.
